- We try to show product photos, colours, sizes and descriptions as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
- Prices, offers and stock can change at any time without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
- If a product is listed at a wrong price because of a mistake, we may cancel the order and will refund any amount you have paid.
3. Orders
- After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by SMS, email or WhatsApp. This confirms we received your order, not that it has been accepted.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may call or message you to confirm. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
- We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if the item is out of stock, the details look incorrect or fraudulent, or delivery is not possible to your area. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.
4. Payment
- We accept Cash on Delivery and the online payment methods shown at checkout, such as bank transfer, debit/credit card, JazzCash or Easypaisa.
- For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready and pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
- Repeatedly refusing COD parcels without a valid reason may lead to future orders requiring advance payment.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including our logo, photos, text and design, belongs to 1piece or is used with permission. You may not copy, reuse or sell it without our written permission. Brand names and logos of products we sell belong to their respective owners.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as courier delays, strikes, natural disasters or internet outages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
