1. Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. During sales and peak seasons, processing may take a little longer.

These are estimates. Weather, strikes, public holidays or courier issues can sometimes cause delays outside our control.
3. Delivery charges
- Standard delivery: [Rs. 250] per order across Pakistan
- Free delivery on orders above [Rs. 5,000]
- The exact delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Pakistan. Please pay the courier the full amount shown on your order when your parcel arrives. You can check that the parcel is sealed and the outer packaging is undamaged before accepting it.
5. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can use it on the courier's website to follow your parcel.
6. Delivery attempts and refused orders
- Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel.
- The courier will usually try to deliver up to 2–3 times. If delivery fails, the parcel is returned to us.
- Refusing a COD parcel without a valid reason costs us delivery charges both ways. Customers who repeatedly refuse parcels may be asked to pay in advance for future orders.
7. Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve it as covered in our Return & Refund Policy.
